Delivery Method & Timeline
- Immediate Access: Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will be redirected to a “Purchase Confirmation” page containing your secure download link(s).
- Email Delivery: A confirmation email containing the same download links will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout within 5-15 minutes of purchase.
- Access Duration: Most download links are valid for multiple attempts to ensure you receive a clean file. If your link expires before you can successfully download your files, please contact us for a replacement.
Non-Delivery Support
If you do not receive your download email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your Spam or Junk folders. If the email is still missing, please contact us at info@compassroadmusic.com with your order number, and we will manually verify and resend your links.
